Hannah Davies
Sports Therapist
Graduating from the University of the West of England in 2016 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation, Hannah has worked within physiotherapy and sports injury clinics, designing rehabilitation programs for a wide range of injuries.

As a semi-professional footballer for MK Dons Women, I understand the frustration of injury and am dedicated to helping others recover and return to the sports they love.
I also incorporate Pilates into rehabilitation programs, as it plays a key role in improving core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, all of which are essential for a successful recovery and injury prevention.
