Evidence-based physiotherapy combining hands-on treatment, shockwave therapy and tailored rehabilitation to help you recover, move better and stay stronger.

My Story
I qualified in 2001 from Brunel University and have worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy for over 20 years. In that time I’ve treated a wide spectrum of patients, from office workers with postural pain, to athletes managing sports injuries, to patients recovering after orthopaedic surgery.
I set up Redrock Physio to create a clinic where patients receive honest, effective care: thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, and clear, achievable plans. I don’t believe in overwhelming people with generic exercise sheets — instead, I focus on building tailored rehabilitation programmes, often incorporating Pilates and functional strength training.

I have particular expertise in lower back pain, sciatica, tendon injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. More recently, I’ve introduced shockwave therapy to the clinic, offering an advanced option for stubborn tendon and soft tissue problems.

How Kieran works

-
Detailed assessment: holistic approach looking at posture, biomechanics, strength, special tests and movement quality
-
Hands-on treatment: joint mobilisation, soft tissue release and pain relief techniques
-
Targeted exercise rehab: Pilates, strength training and mobility progressions
-
Personalised exercise videos: at the end of each session, I record a short video on your phone summarising your key exercises and progression, so you can follow your plan with confidence at home
-
Clear action plan: step-by-step rehab pathway with review and progression

How Kieran's Approach May Differ

-
Clear explanations, not jargon: I simplify complex issues so patients really understand what’s happening and why I’ve made certain clinical decisions, not just a list of test results.
-
Personalised video recaps: At the end of most sessions, I record a short video on your phone showing your key exercises and progressions. Patients consistently say this makes rehab easier, clearer, and far more effective than standard paper sheets.
-
Creative problem-solving: With over 20 years of experience, I don’t believe in cookie-cutter rehab. If something isn’t working, I adapt. For example, a patient with persistent knee pain had been given identical generic exercise sheets at two clinics. Instead, we explored single-leg squats, identified weak glutes, and used a resistance band for alignment — instantly reducing pain and giving them a new way forward.
-
Experience with complex cases: From hypermobility and rheumatology-linked conditions to post-operative rehab, I draw on years of collaboration with consultants to guide patients through both common and complex problems with confidence.
