We Treat The Person, Not Just The Spine
Your first session includes a detailed biomechanical assessment — not just of your spine, but how your whole body functions. We look at patterns like lower cross syndrome, hypermobility, and other postural or movement imbalances.
No generic knee hugs or copied exercise sheets — you’ll receive a clear, video-based plan tailored to your needs.
